I expect that they discovered that much of the existing supplies was marginal quality, and that it deteriorates in storage. To be properly prepared the USA needs a Federal stockpile that contains ALL the supplies needed for a serious epidemic where the hospitals are something like 80% of surge capacity on average. And those supplies have to be durable so that if they sit there for 5 years, they are still high quality. And then, of course, they need to be rotated and replaced annually.
So right there you have a 5 year supply requirement to drive the industry. Plus the government oversight to make sure they produce the best product that they can. Now remember that money that was being confiscated from the Cabal?
How do you use it?
Simple. You run programs like this to stockpile critical national supplies, which puts the money into the economy at the point where people can earn it and then spend it. Therefore almost all of that cash will circulate. Same thing with the vaccine program. These are masquerades for continued government handouts, but done in such a way that the recipients are weaned of that support in the natural course of a growing economy. And you can bet that the vaccine development will make sure that it boosts the flexibility of pharma operations so they can shift to research in other areas, improving production of drugs, making clean and safe sanitizer chemicals, neutralising chemicals to be used in cleaning up environmental poisons, and during the vaccine process they will be doing lots and lots of testing, so they build their capabilities as test labs. After the vaccine is done they can branch out into testing shampoos and food, and makeup.
All of these things interconnect synergistically so it will seem like magic to see all the products and services rolling out over the next 4 years. Even hard core liberals will be astounded and asking, how is this possible? Where did it come from?
And that is when the GREAT part of the Great Awakening will occur.
