I've looked into this a little. There's a good youtube channel. Florida Maquis. He's anti Maga, but I think he's onto the causes of ship collisions.

In summary. Drugs from Asia onboard (meth), poorly trained personnel and/or sabotage(muslims..thanks BHO), Spoofed Radar or intentional collissions. There's also bribery/corruption like we have in Congress/Senate in the Navy/Mil at higher ranks and part of the Purge. Makes sense. No coincidences.
