Not as clever as them intentionally associating themselves with the truth in a mocking way because they know people looking for the truth will stay away from anything they promote since they consider those sources compromised or decoy. Normal people stay away because the truth looks ridiculous and truth-seekers avoid it because they smell something fishy due of your association with it.
