These happened my whole life, but started crescendoing in 2013, right through to today.

I feel that too, very hard to describe. At times overbearing, to the point where I can only do mental activities in the inner space, no focus given to anything external.
Electric was merely a descriptor, I have no words to describe the sensations. Usually goes to crown of head, or the pineal. Sometimes emotional overtones, always positive.

Yes, sometimes spontaneous, sometimes event/ location driven. Odd feeling of familiarity.
Things have always made sense to me intuitively, and that's how I learn. Was in GATE (G&T) program, fwiw. My memory has always been my "superpower", spatial details especially, but also chronology, and even minutia. Important factor I've noticed is: if I care about something and focus, I'll never really forget it. I can just replay it in my mind.

Spent several years learning philosophy and esoterica, gradually improved my communication abilities to the point where it's reflexive. Learning Japanese helped too. Parallax in meaning between languages offers glimpses of true meaning.
Laugh yes.
Reminisce and cringe at past actions, yes.
When I do idle work (carpentry), my mind sifts through memories and brings them to the surface for analysis/reflection. Often emotional overtones.
