WHERE IS THE FLYNN 302?

Perhaps Comey's FBI wrote up a 302 after the fact and tried to pass it off as the "altered" version because they originally assumed the "insurance policy" would spare them from having to produce a 302?

What exactly did that policy entail?

What did they have in mind?
