Reason I ask is there is a ZH article on the fall of Tony Podestas consulting firm, which goes into some detail of shady financial deals with Russians. His art collection was used apparently to mask some financial transactions. The Podestas bizarre taste in art is known, but one that is new is they had a statue of a vivisected child which they loaned out to a museum.

One thing overlooked frequently is hidden air intakes and exhaust can sometimes impact foliage in the immediate surrounding area, as airflow, humidity and gases(CO2 for example) may be different than ambient air. Mostly, foliage is used for concealment. Indigenous plants are typically used. Look for clusters of plants in higher density than normally occurring. Access still needed to keep them from being clogged. If he's a clean freak, may have air intake filtration, along with a/c humidity control. Takes size and power. Look for sogns of underground power cables radiating from the two generators on the eastern (?) side of the island. Expect exhaust(s) to be downwind to assist natural convection.
I'd think he'd have entrance to tunnels very near residence, to enable ingress & egress during inclement weather and without being seen. Who knows. These people may dress hp in robes, and wouldn't want to be seen in same by passing boats.
Also make note of traffic patterns evidenced by tire tracks in dirt roads. One could probably make a pretty fair map of which are used a lot vs which are used infrequently. Examples are at the helo pad which gets used a lot. Look at the branches around the sundial. Roads at maintenance shed and main house.Color code to create heat map of traffic. May reveal unexpected traffic to non-obvious hidden entrances.

Let's take a look at three pictures concentrating on the tennis court and surroundings.
It appears that substantial deforestation and replanting of foliage has taken place. Very similar to what one sees when strip-mined land is returned to use. There is a natural pond below the tennis court, and it is possible the placement of a paved (or some non-absorbent surface) tennis court and additional fill denoted by steeper sides, has created an erosion issue. The natural drainage path down to the pond now carries more water (since the tennis court isn't absorbent) faster (since the hillsides are steeper). Thus rocks & gravel in the Y-shaped pattern and a short concrete stretch of road are used to prevent further erosion. I'd imagine the island receives substantial rainfall annually (someone can check how much)
The substantial cover change suggests that significant underground activity had occurred. There are no reasonable explanations for removing foliage down to bare earth, regrading and replanting foliage. Why clear everything and move earth in an area that is then returned to approximately the same contours?
Also note there appears to be regular traffic to the "tennis court" as evidenced by tire tracks in the dirt road. As others have pointed out, the tennis court is an utterly spartan affair, with no amenities whatsoever. Odd for a billionaire (and in stark contrast to Branson's tennis courts). It is possible that the tennis court is not what it appears to be. A ventilation or possible entrance to tunnels hidden in plain sight.

Creating a hidden alternative domicile (underground) post-conviction would certainly explain things. Keep the main & guest houses clean as a whistle for any guests who might snoop for authorities, and keep the perv stuff hidden.

He may well have buried all evidence (maybe destroyed & buried for forensic purposes) and moved his perv operation elsewherem where? Well where does he visit regularly? Where can he "entertain" (and surreptitiously tape) guests with kids? Or does he have enough material to keep him out of jail for life? Did he share any such material with the Clintons for $ or political advantage that he now feels is subject to discovery?
"When did he start filling the tunnels?" is a key question.
Also note there is nowhere to park or turn around at the tennis court. Presuming he hqs some jeep or such to putt around on the island, wouldn't there be tire tracks in the dirt showing a three-point turn or something?
Look at the tire tracks in the dirt. They're all in alignment. Could you drive up to the court then back up around that curve and stay in those tracks? (Right hand edge of picture)
Does it look like the fence to the court is a full height, double width gate? Enough to drive a vehicle in? (Maybe all tennis courts are like that, dunno)
