Agree there is likely meaning to symbols.
Maybe a cadanon can draw them up in the same proportions and do an image matching search?
Don't know if there's a way to do a concurrent image search with two or more images (since they are basic shapes and one image only is likely to yield many results).
Something like search for Г AND ¤ (where the symbols would be drawn representations of what's on the building pad)
