Bet the tennis court is a portal of some sort. Maybe the front half tilts up and stairs lead down below. Painted lines would hide edges. Fly over it just after sunset and see if any temperature anomalies in court surface.

COWDAR is a mystery. Def something circular. Radome? Speaker? I'd think the former (radar). Aim it at sea whenever doing weird stuff in a certain locale to detect prying eyes. Ask this: from the direction COWDAR is pointing, what activity would it be protecting? From a ship's perspective, "what's behind the cow?"

Also note that Roy Black (famous FL defense atty who got Wm Kennedy Smith acquitted from rape charges) got Epstien the legal "Deal of the Century". Black is a big D donor, but the Epstien case was so toxic that DWS took him off the hosting list for fundraisers.

Can the dimensions of the circular diameter of the suspected COWDAR be estimated? Have a tape measure but no cow. From that diameter, can any specific frequencies be estimated? Imagine a parabolic dish behind a microwave-transparent skin. The old satellite dishes were huge, new ones smaller. Was that a change in frequency or just better electronics? What frequencies would be used for surface radar or precision communications? (I'm thinking communications would be questionable as it would require precision cow placement (PCP)

Are there enough COWDAR pictures to generate a COWPLOT? Just wondering if there are any particularly sensitive places on that island. Is the COWDAR side always facing towards the ocean?

Would be a cool test subject for all the intelligence and scientific assets available.

As for the berm, it would also hide a tennis court door opening from zero elevation observers - important at night when light would appear where their normally isn't anything. The lack of tarps for shade and a ton of construction for just a court seems weird. Epstien is brash enough to be a hide in plain sight sort of character.

So the dome and paint get added to mask a previously spartan building. Although the doors are fake, the window screenage made me think SCIF type facility. Could be just regular screens, but a pretty strong off-angle sunlight reflection from your basic bug keeper outer.

Pretty close to shore - were the swimmers passers by or "guests"?

A date (or date range) listed sequence of 0hotos, aerials and maps would help define what was added when and where.

It seems the southern shore of the island is poorly navigable from maps, yes? But there is a road to it and buildings. And also the deepest water/ sharpest drop off. Is this where tunnel tailings would have been dumped?

And when it was time to fill the tunnels, where did the fill come from? Did they top one of the hills? Look for flat top hills where before there were rounded peaks.
