920244 - The first picture, the 2 pieces of equipment are mobile lighting rigs, I've seen some at a construction site.
Something that got my attention on the Q pic of the island. The filename was site E. How many of these sites are there? Do they all serve the same purpose? Might need to do some digging on other private islands to see if they are marked also.

The final flag looks like a Union Jack with a central motif. Did a search of British Virgin Islands flags, and similar ones crop up. If there is a better image of it, we could clarify which one. Weird though, as it's part of the US Virgin Islands.
The arches look pained on in the 2nd and 4th photos..which I thought was a weird glitch initially on the end photo.
So..4th photo appears to show it as a false frontage, the smaller building next to it appears to have access panels from the roof…but again, no apparent doors on the visible sides. The only actual building with entrances appears to be the smallest one with the trucks parked outside. The interesting structure is the green roof surrounded by trees.
Access panel roof could be top of another shaft?
