THE ‘TENNIS COURT’
My theory.
I certainly don’t think that Little Saint James is just an UNDEFENDED pleasure island for the sick-n-twisted but that the island is a fortress riddled with tunnels and underground levels and rooms of all types: kitchens/mess; storerooms; bedrooms; comms and guard rooms; armouries and ablution facilities to name some off the top of my head. Unfortunately this also includes special sacrificial chambers or Death/Dining Rooms.
With what I understand the ‘available space’ doesn’t have to be confined to that above sea level either. It all depends on the amount of $$$ one wants to spend.
The ‘Tennis Court’
I don’t believe it’s for ceremonial purposes as it’s not oriented North/South but at ~45deg so pointing North-East. It could of course be aligned with a star.
The area was levelled and rectangular concrete foundations were poured with four open soil sections around a concrete circular center with a recessed square. It’s actually a classic formal garden design but the central square makes it unusual as it’d be awkward for person to walk around as it’s usually a more naturally flowing circle. It also doesn’t appear to be all the way through the concrete to the soil beneath.
Were seedlings or being an impatient billionaire near fully grown palms put in then removed leaving holes behind? Was a planting done as cover during construction to hide its actual function when observed by airplanes/satellites? Possibly, but I don’t think so.
As you can see in the photos the grass in the quadrants is subsiding in the middle of the square impressions or outlines of somesort. I believe this is because vertical shafts are being tunnelled upwards from below and as they’ve almost reached the surface the topsoil layer and the grass is cracking and collapsing inwards.
In my mind the entire structure is for the underground bases air ventilation system. It could be natural through-air ventilation as warm air rises but I’d think a multi-billionaire would spring for a forced air system. As I wrote warm air rises and this would explain the ‘tennis courts’ position at the very top of the island and not being cut into its leeward, more sheltered side if it actually was one.
I believe that it’s specifically made for four extraction units that suck the air through intakes spaced inconspicuously around the island and expel it there, at the top of the island.
This fits in with what another HVACanon posted about the huge twin air-con units and likewise huge power transformer outside the flagpole building being basically overkill and with what I commented there as well. That one might be for the building and the other an intake for the tunnels which would be good on the optics side of things. Hidden in plain sight in that instance.
We need HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) anons to examine all this.
Why four extraction units? Redundancy. With multiple units servicing or replacement can be done in rotation without any undue impact on air quality.
However one anon stated that one huge fan is less noisy as the rpms can be lowered and the blades trimmed for maximum efficiency. No redundancy though, unless they’ve stacked one on top of another and keep one units blades trimmed vertically to reduce wind drag while the other one’s in operation.
The shafts may well have baffles, screens and filters to further reduce noise and in ingress of anything living, or unwanted. Any excess moisture could possibly be filtered and pumped to the alleged (by me) sundial water tank.
So, spent warm air is forced up through the concrete foundation shafts, passes through the fake court camouflage and off and away into the atmosphere. This would leave a significant thermal trace (unless pre-cooled) if one was actively looking but could possibly be explained away as the courts supposed concrete/bitumen surface radiating the solar energy (heat) that it’d stored throughout the day.
It would be interesting to witness just how fog or drizzle behaves above it too. Naturally? Or would it look like it’s being blown upwards?
The berms surrounding the tennis court are to protect the fake court camouflage from wind/storm damage and can easily be explained away as wind protection for the ‘players’ on the court. Its entrance looks to be sensibly placed through the most protected side and looks wide enough for a small maintenance vehicle to pass through.
SO?
A half decent theory or a complete load of bollocks?
(Of course it could be a missile silo… or a damned tennis court.)
I think my idea that it might be a portable surface radar or pinpoint/precision shore to ship comms dish might just’ve possibly been a smidgen wrong. Either that or a lot wrong.

It’s probably made from a high quality, durable, cold cast poly-resin & fibre-glass as stated in one of the links. The round COWDAR (I like it and am stealing it) area as one anon called it seems to be a part of the manufacturing process as can be seen in the posted images and the links. It’s not a specifically altered section to conceal something behind.
That written there may still be electronics inside it like security sensors/comms but who knows?

The roads don't mesh together and the insert is definitely taken on a different day.
Very poor job done at concealment. No attempt made to resize the image to fit or tweak the colouration to match the surrounding satellite images.
It appears to be an underpass for the workers to get to the long building downhill of the road. I assume it's a dormitory type setup with a kitchen, ablution area, TV/rec room, bedrooms etc.
The underpass stairs can be reached from off the road or via steps extending up the slope towards the rock wall.
There could well be a side door/concealed doorway to the underground tunnels beneath the roadway.
I read car/boat/plane/submarine and even spaceship rides from an anon in another thread. Twin diesel (almost certainly) power generation building.
Rooftop trailer/light equipment storage.
Across the road there's a small shed/office beside underground fuel tanks with twin pumps. I assume diesel and also petrol for the boats outboards/engines. There's also a single vehicle bay.
Two of the buildings go into the hillside for the drive-on rooftop storage.
In theory a barge could unload a vehicle or piece of equipment and it could be driven straight through the multiple garage door building and into a tunnel that goes under the road. Perhaps a good point for a small tunnel boring machine to start from but the doors don't at first glance appear to be large enough to accommodate heavy machinery.
I did previously post some images of smaller tunnel boring machines in Q Research General but I'll re-post them here.
I reckon they could fit through the one of the multiple garage doors at the vehicle, heavy machinery, power generation landing site.
Drive straight off a transport barge and head inside to start work. Spoil goes back on the barge to be taken for disposal on Great Saint James, which Epstein also owns.
