Banks are federally chartered and the data from their money transfers passes through the Federal Reserve. Banks don't have stand alone systems to transfer funds between one another.

All this data is effortlessly available to the federal government and their are Exec Orders that ALL federal agencies must share data to stop illegal voting.

This is a relatively inexpensive way to prep a 99%-complete list of illegals.

And based on the original, national stimulus checks, the Treasury already has a pretty good list to begin with.
