There was a discussion/post about fauci and why President Trump is still having him around and why he hasn't kicked him to the curb and begun promoting HCQ/zinc/z-pak
Someone posted(this is what I am after) information, stating that because of Obama's continuity of government order, President Trump HAD TO listen to his advisors if he was not an expert in the area. It was linked to pandemics, as I recall.
Does anyone remember that , know where to find that information? I would greatly appreciate any help.
