Does the concern over time of day have to do with there being bumper-to-bumper traffic because it was London Fashion week, and the pic actually was Feb 16? But maybe not 2015/2016? But an earlier time frame? We are getting an earlier timeframe from photo analysis of street signs, vessel smoke stack color changes that occurred on TATTERSHALL CASTLE and gangplank after a vessel overhaul that occurred in Hull between Jan 2015 and May 2015.
