I asked earlier about information as to why President Trump has not freed up the use for doctor's outside hospitals, to use HCQ and the rest of the trifecta.

I could not find a reason but I found this link with doctor's asking to be able to prescribe this life saving and also, disease minimizing treatment! It should be given as soon as they know it is this covid.

We and the rest of the world now know it is the best treatment and has been safe for decades.

So I am asking President Trump, again…Why can't or WON"T he sign an EO to free it up for use immediately?
