if anons are in need of mental health treatment (anxiety disorders, pre-existing / bi-polar etc) now is the worst time SOP is over-burdened, now it is proving impossible where anon lives.

Maybe your GP will prescribe something simple like BUPROPION which can help some. Until anon can see someone again to prescribe Seroquel, anon is on 150mg 4x per day.
If you start smoking weed I'd be real careful of picking a spicy sativa
and i'd go for a maximum couch-lock indica until you can see someone.
