Joe Biden withdraws under cover of sexual misconduct prior to the convention, and the delegates can give a different candidate [female] sufficient delegates to be the nominee.

Joe Biden wins the nomination at the convention, and then withdraws under cover of sexual misconduct, in which case the DNC can just pick someone to be their nominee [female].
