true, i'm having surgery on muh shoulder, i went in for the pre-op to my GP, all his staff but one had a mask, i then proceeded to say i'm not wearing mask, for God's sake your own staff isn't wearing one, as she quickly put in on. I made a stink, doc comes out and says i have to wear it because of liable.
i put the damn thing on because I need the surgery, the doc, knows this is bullshit, but has to go along because he's in fear of losing his practice.
Then went to see the surgeon yesterday for pre-op consultation. Indeed everyone had a mask on but one. there were 2 in the reception room with my wife and I with no masks and we all talked about this insanity (like mind as Q points out in this bread). Then there receptionist said we had to wear them.
As I was walking back, behind the counter staff didn't have masks. They also know this bullshit and doc comes in wearing a mask, but i didn't he didn't say a word.
