The reforms have to start with the Stafford Act / Emergency Powers Act … State Emergency Declarations etc. There is currently 'NO END" to these. Like War Powers Act… when a War is declared, there are parameters as to what constitutes and END to the war. Needs to be the same for Emergency Declarations.
People where I'm at are hollering big time… to no avail. I know its the States that has to administrate this… but what can we do??? MT is going to be a blue state FULL of red Republicans. Are the elections STILL secure?
