If France has been using HCQ early and often, their mortality rate v positive test results should be sharply declining. If HCQ is also a prophylactic, there should be a relative decline in cases. A cursory search for stats turned up no such results. Can anon find any?

Thank you, that’s helpful. I’d like to look at national numbers in addition to study numbers also because the Q linked article talks about wide use. If that is true, we should see at least a small change in national numbers that are outside of studies.
