I guess I missed something in the article that states, how it can be changed?

In ca. we have been forced to have mail in ballots. I hand deliver mine and always have.

BUT I see nothing that states we can change it. Ballots still mailed out. Ballots can be picked up and MAILED after having them filled out. How is that stopped? You think the dems(aka soros and ilk) won't spend millions to put stamps on ballots and have people filling them out? Information is on the ballots as to the name to fill out etc.

So, I apologize here. I am thick it seems.
