Not usually biblefag, but I want to point out that "Little St. James", other than its obvious size relation to its larger island neighbor, could be read as "St. James the lesser"
Saint James son of Zebedee is John the apostle's brother. St. James the lesser wrote what would become the most theologically divisive parts of the new testament.
James 2: 14-26 - "Faith and Good works" is the primary theological break between the Catholic Church and Martin Luther's protest which would split the church. He references Abraham sacrificing his children in this passage.
