How to Make QNN Videos in 17 easy steps

Since We are the News Now and we’ve got a good start with QNN I figured it would be helpful to have a location where we can share elements as we continue to develop the process.

The graphics files I use for making the QNN movies are:

Background image, Table, Pepe Anchors with different expressions, cup or objects to go on the table, a video frame to overlay over the video so it looks like a monitor, title graphics.

There are 2 locations where text can be added either as a narrow banner or typed text.

Download the graphics. (You might have to remove the backgrounds, so just use photoshop or other to do this.)

The program I use is Camtasia but video editing programs are good too.

The process:

1) Start a new project with the settings at 640 x 480.

2) Import the graphic files in the program.

3) Add graphic files to the timeline in 10 different layers. This is the layer order to use:

Top: Title

2: Text 1

3: Text 2

4: Video Overlay

5: Video

6: Cup of things on desk

7: Pepe

8: Table

Bottom: Solid color background

4) Place the background file on the bottom layer. Make sure the file is sized to the edges.

5) Add the table to the layer above it. Size the table to the bottom edge and width of frame.

6) Add Pepe Anchors to the layer above the table.

7) Add the cup or other object to the layer above the Pepe Anchors. Since the table is a separate layer,

you can place other objects on it than just the cup.

8) Add the video to the layer above the Pepe Anchor layer. When selecting the video clip to use, take

into account file size. Keep clips short so final upload video is the right size. Here are the specs:

Allowed file types:jpg, jpeg, gif, png, webm, mp4, pdf

Max filesize is 16 MB.

Max image dimensions are 15000 x 15000.

You may upload 5 per post.

9) Resize the video to the upper right corner.

10) Place the video frame in the layer above the video and adjust the frame to match the video.

11) Go back to the Pepe Anchor layer and make whatever adjustments that are needed so the Pepe

facial expressions change with the comments in the video.

12) Add text to the black strip that is below the table. You can also use a banner graphic sized for the

area. Your choice.

13) Add text to the white strip that is below the black strip. You can also use a banner graphic sized for

the area. Your choice.

14) Add the title to the top layer.

15) Make all of the fine tuning adjustment necessary.

16) Process the video and save as Mp4 (remember that the file size needs to be less than 16mb).

17) Upload to Qresearch board

  • That’s the process. Be creative, Have fun. We Are the news Now. Handle with Care!

In the original instructions the bottom background layer is a solid color pic. However, this could be anything.

Lately, I have been using animated gifs (waving flag and warp speed). Experiment. Be creative.

A QNN Playlist was created on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL848K0U7hUqgRsvnWFLPWieUsCWjjn_Kk

If you videos are already on YouTube it can add to the playlist. If not on YT then the mp4 can be downloaded from here and upload to the YT account. FYI…The YouTube account being used is under an anonymous name "TheresAStormComing" and the channel is not monitized. We're doing patriot work, it's not about the money!
