It's a great movie. I was introduced to a great guy that was in Vietnam. He was in a Platoon. And he was lead on the Platoon. And he says he lost more than half of his Platoon during his tour. And he said during his tour he lost like 30 lbs. 185 to 155 something like that. And when I met him it was when Platoon came out. I had to ask him one question. What was it like? Was it like the movie. And he said yea. He is one of the most personable people I have ever met. So much fun to be around. Except when I took us all to China Town in Boston. He told me he didn't like it. Later in a nice way. So right there. I knew there is always residual pain. Just like the virus. Not for me. But for many.
