"Delaware beaches will reopen at 5 p.m. on Fri., May 22, Gov. John Carney announced this week. Strict social distancing guidelines will be in place and only Delawareans will be welcome. Out-of-state visitors still must quarantine for 14 days after arriving. A short-term rental ban continues to be in effect, as well.
Additionally, masks will be required on the boardwalk and encouraged on the beach in all shorefront towns."
