While browsing Killerys twatter, I noticed what looked like a meme saying something about, "we had a playbook for a pandemic, peeps in Chyna, etc, etc. I couldn't quite make up my mind about whether is was some really dumb leftist who thought they were making good points or if it was sarcasm. My feeling is leaning more towards sarcasm, but not sure. Sorry I don't have a link. I don't do twatter so I am not sure how I could pull a single post out of many from there from a browser.
