you can download apache2 web server and pong a NoIP link at your own box and self-host. Of course you always run the risk of haxxors, but really, who doesn't? Other than that, mane… Dunno. Just keep everything organized on your box. Python is a great language to learn for this tuff, btw. It allows you to just label things and dump them in a dictionary to be called by their label whenever you want to look something up. Like the search feature on a computer but intuitive with no lag in the search.
Anyway, that's my best advice. You're obviously an Anon who doesn't mind putting in a little work on his research, may as well put a little time in the structuring and storing of said research and besides, you might make a career out of it!
