I'll need to recheck & don't mind the correction, Anon. I thought the hi-tech steel for military was from Japan, and the low grade Chinese metal was used in commercial construction. The chip manufacturers in China has been brought up before. Maybe it's some 'Full-of -It' blog what blamed Japan when in fact it was China.
