The military has the ASVAB standardized test for entry into the armed services.
Everyone who takes the test is scored and ranked against everyone else who has taken the test.
So, for example, if you get an 80 percentile, it means you are in the top 20% of the total people who have taken the test, out of 100% possible.
80 percentile means you scored better than 80% of the test takers.
80+ for military is good.
There could be a secret board where the top ~20% are recruited and working together and really getting shit taken care of that the other 80% of anons can't comprehend.
Or would just get in the way and slow down operations because of a lack of brainpower.
Applying this concept to what we have going on here…
