Answer: this was mission STS-121, the only shuttle mission to launch on JULY FOURTH.
LOL I didn't even read the description, but now that you mention it, it says STS-121 right there!
Even if other sources were used, the announcer audio is from the STS-121 launch. And notably, that mission used Space Shuttle Discovery which other anons have connected to the legal term.
