We know he's talking about the satanic cabal, and I think he's demonstrating just how big this is. Their tentacles cover the globe, with every single country is under a dark spell. The awakening will be worldwide. Which means, there can't be anything of the cabal remaining when this is over, no matter where they are. The whole diseased temple is coming down.
