Are we under continuity of government protocols (COOP) already?

Has this been the case since shortly prior to the 2016 election?

Is POTUS managing the counter-coup and accessing the sealed mountain complex for in-person briefings from Camp David?

This gives me hope this will be over soon.

Because 45 days ago our military leaders sealed themselves in Cheyenne Mountain "until the pandemic threat passes", and at this point everyone's pretty clear that the Chinese flu is mostly a bullshit power grab by Democrats to influence the election.

But they never came back out. Could this really be the final stage or a highly dangerous stage of the counter-coup then?

  1. U.S. military command teams in charge of protecting homeland security are being isolated in the infamous Cheyenne mountain bunker where they will remain 'sealed off' until the coronavirus pandemic passes

  1. Cheyenne Mountain isn't the only COOP location. There are at least three. And one is right next to Camp David, and it's known as "Site R".

"The Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC), also known as Site R, is a U.S. military installation with an underground nuclear bunker near Blue Ridge Summit, Pennsylvania, at Raven Rock Mountain that has been called an "underground Pentagon". The bunker has emergency operations centers for the United States Army, Navy, Air Force and United States Marine Corps. Along with Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center in Virginia and the Cheyenne Mountain Complex in Colorado, it formed the core bunker complexes for the US Continuity of Government plan during the Cold War to survive a nuclear attack."

  1. "The RRMC’s close proximity to Camp David, where United States presidents often vacation, has led many people to speculate that there may be some underground tunnel connecting the two, although this is unproven."

"Some people also believe that there is a tunnel connecting the facility all the way to the Pentagon in Virginia. Regardless, the proximity would clearly be useful if the President needed to be evacuated to the facility."

Camp David and Raven Rock are around 5-6 miles apart as the crow flies. But Raven Rock is the oldest of the three facilities and probably in disrepair, right?

  1. Raven Rock began an "office space renovation" in the Summer of 2016 for as much as $100 million dollars. That's a lot of cubicles.
