US Supreme Court Rules with President Trump – Reinstates Law Making It a Felony to Encourage or Help People to Come or Stay in US Illegally

Supreme Court overrules lower court on illegal immigration- GREAT!

Author also adds the following which shows similarities in how 9th circuit erred i this case, AND is repeating the same tactic in Flynn case.

Important that anons know [their] tactics, especially since SC precedent establishes [their] 'methods' as inappropriate- Relevant to FLYNN CASE?

(Note what is concerning about this case is that the 9th District accepted the arguments from liberal activist groups even though the defendant did not make the same arguments. Is this the strategy Obama lackeys are hoping to attain in the General Micheal Flynn case? Is Judge Sullivan accepting bogus arguments from liberal groups so he can sentence General Flynn in a case the DOJ now says should never have been brought forth? We shall see.)

Nolte: PBS Uncovers More Alleged Victims of Joe Biden’s Unwanted Touching

These alleged victims are in addition to Biden’s eight accusers and the female Secret Service agents who say Biden exposed himself to them (without their consent) while swimming in the nude almost daily.

To the surprise of no one, however, even with these bombshell revelations, PBS still tries to exonerate Biden and attack Tara Reade — who has credibly accused Biden of a 1993 sexual assault — as a liar.

PBS glosses over its own bombshell findings of further misconduct by Biden, and does so by way of an over-written, exhausting 3,500-word piece of “BenSmithing.” So what you have here is the taxpayer-funded welfare queens at PBS using new evidence of unwanted and inappropriate touching to smear an alleged assault victim who has seven pieces of corroborating evidence.

To save you from having to read through PBS’s interminable piece of victim-shaming propaganda (that reads exactly like those 1990s media attacks on all of Bill Clinton’s victims), I went ahead and filtered out the real news in the piece, the actual bombshells PBS wrist-flicks to protect an alleged sexual predator because Orange Man Bad.

Many former Biden staffers said they believe Reade’s allegation is false.

Oh, nice spin.

“Many.”

Many?

Ah, so the real news here is that not every former Biden staffer said they believe Reade’s allegation is false.

Here’s the rest… [emphasis added]

Yet Biden, now the presumptive Democrat presidential nominee, was also a toucher, seemingly oblivious to whether physical contact made some women uncomfortable.

“We knew that about Biden,” Byrne said. “He was always massaging somebody’s shoulders. But never anything more than that. There was no vibe about him.”

However, staffers agree it was not in Biden’s nature to gauge social signals about whether someone wanted to be hugged or touched.

A former staffer said that when Biden does things like stroking women’s hair, there’s a complicated dynamic at play.

For others, Biden’s touching evoked some regret. “There were times as I now look back that I think we messed up. We should have said something about that,” a different former staffer said. “We probably should have recognized that made people uncomfortable.”

So what you have here — all in an effort to protect a powerful male Democrat — is PBS attempting to normalize his behavior, to say it was okay, even in 1993 — which, by the way, was two years after Anita Hill was supposed to have enlightened creeps like Rapey Joe about this kind of stuff.

Listen, I’m 54 years old and I’ve been working since I was 14; never once have I stroked a coworker’s hair, never once have I sniffed a coworker’s hair, never once have I given a coworker an unwanted kiss — not on the lips, the cheek, or the back of the head. Not even during the pre-Anita Hill era I like to call the go-go 80s.

In fact, in all the decades I’ve been in the workforce, in all the places I’ve worked, and all the people I’ve worked with, I don’t know of a single soul who has done any of the things Biden’s done for decades, and this especially includes what Biden’s done to children.

I’m sorry, but Joe Biden is a sex creep, and no amount of wishcasting, BenSmithing, and rationalization from PBS welfare queens can change the basic fact that they just uncovered even more examples of a powerful man touching female subordinates inappropriately.

And riddle me this, PBS welfare queens…

If Biden’s touching wasn’t sexual or flirtatious, as you claim, why did he only stroke women’s hair; where are all the examples of the fellas he made uncomfortable with unwanted kissing and hair-stroking and sniffing?

PBS rationalizing a powerful man engaging in unwanted fondling and caressing of his subordinates should worry every working woman in America, and anyone who cares for those women.

The most egregious thing about this PBS piece, however, is its bright and shining lie of omission…

PBS is so terrified of what might be found among Biden’s Senate papers — those papers Biden stashed away at the University of Delaware and is refusing anyone access to, that PBS did not even mention that fact, did not even mention that Biden is covering up the very papers that might hold the harassment complaint Reade says she filed — which would be her eighth piece of corroborating evidence.

And do you want to know what eight pieces of corroborating evidence add up to? Eight more than Christine Blasey Serial Liar had, and look at how glowingly the PBS welfare queens wrote about her.

muh RUSSIA

Germany's Merkel accuses Russia of hacking her email account

German Chancellor Angela Merkel revealed Wednesday that she has been targeted by hackers believed to be from Russia’s military intelligence agency.

Merkel made the admission in parliament after being asked about a recent report from Der Spiegel magazine claiming hackers obtained emails from her constituency office in 2015.

“I can honestly say that it pains me. Every day I try to build a better relationship with Russia and on the other hand there is such hard evidence that Russian forces are doing this,” the German leader said, according to The Telegraph.

Merkel described the hacking as “outrageous," the BBC reported.

Russia previously has denied hacking Germany’s parliament. Moscow, however, did not immediately respond to Merkel’s accusation Wednesday.

The 2015 incident isn’t the only time Germany’s government has been subjected to a suspected cyberattack from Russia.

In 2018, the country’s IT network was targeted, with reports at the time blaming Russia for the attempted intrusion, according to the BBC.

DS Second Wave Narrative

from our frens @Bloomberg—kek

(Bloomberg) – Chinese President Xi Jinping called for strengthened controls in China’s northeastern provinces as a growing cluster of infections near the Russia and North Korea borders threatens to become a second wave.

China will not let go of its hard-earned results in curbing its epidemic, and will continue to prevent imported cases while containing any rebounds of infection domestically, Xi said at a politburo meeting on Thursday according to state media reports.

The growing attention on the new cluster, whose origins officials have not yet been able to determine, signals China’s anxiety over a resurgence of infection after it managed to wrest control of an epidemic that sickened over 84,000 people and killed over 4,600.

Three cities in two provinces Shulan, Jilin and Shenyang have now reported 29 new infections since May 7. Transport services in Shulan and the city of Jilin have been halted while residents are not allowed to leave the cities without a negative virus test. Schools that were scheduled to re-open have now been closed again.

Second Waves That Are Hard to Trace Plague Asia’s Virus Recovery

Pressure to contain the infections is even greater with China’s annual political meetings scheduled for later this month in Beijing after being delayed from their usual March date. Thousands of political delegates will gather in the capital to endorse the government’s agenda and it’s essential that the central leadership projects stability and calm during this period.

In his politburo remarks, Xi said that control measures should be ramped up in Beijing ahead of the meetings.

China reported four new coronavirus cases on Friday in Jilin city, taking the total number of infections in the northeastern provinces to 29. While it’s unclear if the cases are all linked and how they first emerged, the region is situated close to Russia, whose outbreak has now escalated into one of Europe’s worst.

The first reported infection in China’s new northeastern cluster is a female laundry worker who works at Shulan city’s police station, but health officials say that they can’t determine how she got infected or whether she is really the first infection of the cluster.

There’s a chance the worker was infected by the virus lingering on clothes in the laundry room, but it’s also possible that she was infected by someone with a longer incubation period who’s yet to show symptoms, Wu Zunyou, China’s chief epidemiologist of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said in an interview with state television this week.

“It’s very challenging to conclude who transmitted the virus,” Wu said, calling for genetic sequential screening for the clustered cases and other confirmed cases who arrived from Russia to figure out how they’re linked.

Shenyang city, in neighboring Liaoning province, has asked all who returned from Jilin city since April 22 to be put under government-run quarantine for 21 days, during which three nucleic acid tests will be administered to each person.

The city, which has three cases linked to the cluster, has also pushed back indefinitely the date schools were meant to restart, according to a local government statement Thursday.

Unauthorized Labs ordered to destroy CoronaVirus

China confirms unauthorised labs were told to destroy early coronavirus samples

National health authority says this was done for biosafety reasons and to ‘prevent secondary disasters caused by unidentified pathogens’

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has said Beijing declined to provide samples and destroyed them at the start of the outbreak

China on Friday confirmed it had ordered unauthorised laboratories to destroy samples of the new coronavirus

in the early stage of the outbreak, but said it was done for biosafety reasons.

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has repeatedly said that Beijing declined to provide virus samples taken from patients when the contagion began in China late last year, and that Chinese authorities had destroyed early samples.

China is planning 'necessary' retaliation measures to punish the American politicians who vow to hold Beijing responsible for the coronavirus outbreak, according to Chinese state media.

Beijing's sources stressed that the sanctions to be announced by the Communist Party ' will impact' the upcoming US presidential election in November.

The punitive penalties will also be given to Missouri and 'other US individuals and entities' that have sued China over its perceived mishandling of the health crisis, reported the Global Times citing insiders.

The news came after US President Donald Trump billed COVID-19 as 'the Plague from China' in a tweet that's bound to draw ire from Beijing.

The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs declined to comment on Beijing's reported reprisal plan against Washington.

The pandemic has claimed more than 300,000 lives and infected over 4.4 million worldwide after first emerging in the Chinese city of Wuhan in December.

The United States has been the country worst-hit by the coronavirus, with a death toll of more than 86,000.

Missouri filed a lawsuit against China last month, accusing it of 'lying to the world about the danger and contagious nature of COVID-19'. Mississippi said a day later it was also preparing to sue Beijing for similar reasons.

Sources told the Global Times that China 'is extremely dissatisfied' about those lawsuits.

Beijing's officials allegedly deem these cases as 'vexatious litigation', a legal term that means the proceedings started with malice and without a good cause.

People in-the-know told the state-run outlet that China 'won't just strike back symbolically, but will impose countermeasures that will make them feel the pain'.

The sources did not reveal what retaliation China was planning but hinted that the measures could interfere with the upcoming American election.

The Global Times wrote: 'Republicans who have been groundlessly accusing China and inflaming the "holding China accountable" political farce will face severe consequences, sources said, noting that the aftermath will also impact the upcoming November elections, while business and trade between Missouri and China will be further soured.'

The reference to the election only appeared in the English version of the column, not the original Chinese version, suggesting that it is a message Beijing wants the West to hear, but not their own people.

Sydney Powell Letter to BO

Open Memorandum to Barack Obama

OPEN MEMORANDUM

To: Barack Hussein Obama

From: Sidney Powell

www.SidneyPowell.com

Re: Your Failure to Find Precedent for Flynn Dismissal

Regarding the decision of the Department of Justice to dismiss charges against General Flynn, in your recent call with your alumni, you expressed great concern: “there is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free. That’s the kind of stuff where you begin to get worried that basic — not just institutional norms — but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk.”

Here is some help—if truth and precedent represent your true concern. Your statement is entirely false. However, it does explain the damage to the Rule of Law throughout your administration.

First, General Flynn was not charged with perjury—which requires a material false statement made under oath with intent to deceive.1 A perjury prosecution would have been appropriate and the Rule of Law applied if the Justice Department prosecuted your former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe for his multiple lies under oath in an investigation of a leak only he knew he caused.

McCabe lied under oath in fully recorded and transcribed interviews with the Inspector General for the DOJ. He was informed of the purpose of the interview, and he had had the benefit of counsel. He knew he was the leaker. McCabe even lied about lying. He lied to his own agents—which sent them on a “wild-goose-chase”—thereby making his lies “material” and an obstruction of justice. Yet, remarkably, Attorney General Barr declined to prosecute McCabe for these offenses.

Applying the Rule of Law, after declining McCabe’s perjury prosecution, required the Justice Department to dismiss the prosecution of General Flynn who was not warned, not under oath, had no counsel, and whose statements were not only not recorded, but were created as false by FBI agents who falsified the 302.

Second, it would seem your “wingman” Eric Holder is missing a step these days at Covington & Burling LLP. Indelibly marked in his memory (and one might think, yours) should be his Motion to Dismiss the multi-count jury verdict of guilty and the entire case against former United States Senator Ted Stevens. Within weeks of Mr. Holder becoming Attorney General, he moved to dismiss the Stevens prosecution in the interest of justice for the same reasons the Justice Department did against General Flynn—egregious misconduct by prosecutors who hid exculpatory evidence and concocted purported crimes.

As horrifying as the facts of the Stevens case were, they pale in comparison to the targeted setup, framing, and prosecution of a newly elected President’s National Security Advisor and the shocking facts that surround it. This case was an assault on the heart of liberty— our cherished system of self-government, the right of citizens to choose their President, and the hallowed peaceful transition of power.

Third, the inability of anyone in your alumni association to find “anybody who has been charged [with anything] just getting off scot-free” would be laughable were it not so pathetic.

Many of your alum feature prominently in the non-fiction legal thriller published in 2014: Licensed to Lie: Exposing Corruption in the Department of Justice. A national best- seller, it focusses on the egregious prosecutorial misconduct of your longest serving White House Counsel, Kathryn Ruemmler; your counter-terrorism advisor Lisa Monaco; Loretta Lynch’s DAG for the Criminal Division Leslie Caldwell; and Mueller protégé Andrew Weissmann. While they worked as federal prosecutors on the Enron Task Force—under the purported supervision of Christopher Wray—they destroyed Arthur Andersen LLP and its 85,000 jobs; sent four Merrill Lynch executives to prison on an indictment that criminalized an innocent business transaction while they hid the evidence that showed those defendants were innocent for six years. Both cases were reversed on appeal for their over-criminalization and misconduct. Indeed, Andersen was reversed by a unanimous Supreme Court.

Fourth, even if your many alumni don’t remember multiple cases that had to be reversed or dismissed for their own misconduct, Judge Emmet Sullivan should remember dismissing the corrupted case against Ted Stevens. Judge Sullivan is the judicial hero of Licensed to Lie. It is that case that caused Judge Sullivan to enter the strong Brady order the Mueller and D.C. career prosecutors violated repeatedly in the Flynn prosecution.
