Judge Emmett Sullivan's son's name is Erik Gael Sullivan.
There was some incident about his son raping the daughter of a family friend. Erik apparently left her beaten in his bathroom and went to watch TV. He returned and the girl was still where he left her. He left the house and called his dad. His dad had him call the fire dept instead of 911 because he didn't think the call would be recorded. Apparently it was. Erik was allegedly arrested but daddy Sullivan pulled some favors and is now controlled by those people. The girl was reported to be underage.
