He's also a constitutional lawyer so to refer to the US as a democracy where legislation by the majority is unassailable, and not a constitutional republic with inalienable rights granted by the Creator, irrespective of legislation to the contrary, so that he claims mandatory vaccination is constitutional if it is legislated.
