There are not enough sick people in CA getting tested so the gov has made it so anyone can get tested anytime and as many times as they want.
A bold font like Impact and if necessary a black outline (stroke) around white text or white stroke around black text make it more readable.

There is actually a DOJ hotline number to call for when the governor or mayor or whomever is violating a person's rights with the quarantine nonsense.
