This is the equivalent of a Q-drop from Hussein. It’s the most obvious coded messaging. I’ve noted are some key transcriptions Beneath the link. Notice the word patterns “spoken” AND <writtenin the video. Also, note when Hussein raises his hand when speaking BHO HAND. I suspect these are important identifiers. My initial impression is that this is a status of the DURHAM investigation, who has flaked out and turned, who has not, and who is likely to flake out.
