It's the law that company's who trade on the 'street' disclose all information regarding their business with their shareholders, Lying about the CEO's name would then be… illegal!

But, most of the lying elites obfuscate with their names, date of birth, family ties, etc., so they can be labeled as an actor; one who is involved in a performance. So when the law comes knocking, there's no crime committed because the player was fictional to begin with. Believe it or not, that is legal! An obvious loophole that needs to be closed.
