Hung jury. The judge will tell you what the law is and what the law says.
Good luck getting 12 to agree that the law is wrong. Never seen it happen in my career.
That’s the theory. But you’ll have to convince the other 11. Got to be unanimous. But then they can have a directed verdict or judgment notwithstanding the verdict. Or an appeal
Got to be all 12. 11-1 would be a hung jury
