>The Texas Pharmacy Board was caught, made excuses and is hopefully under investigation for its original, and potentially lethal, malfeasance.

I'm a Texan.

I will be investigating this situ w/ the (TSBP) further.

I'd like to know who specifically is responsible for this [Suppression] of a (Valid Efficacious) Treatment.

Here are the: (TSBP) Texas State Board of Pharmacy

(Board Members)

  • Julie Spier, R.Ph., President

  • Donnie Lewis, R.Ph., Vice President

  • Jenny Downing Yoakum, R.Ph., Treasurer

  • Rick Fernandez, R.Ph.

  • Daniel Guerrero

  • Lori Henke, Pharm.D.

  • Bradley A. Miller, Ph.T.R.

  • Donna Montemayor, R.Ph.

  • Chip Thornsburg

  • Suzette Tijerina, R.Ph.

  • Rick Tisch

  • Allison Vordenbaumen Benz, RPh, M.S., Executive Director/ Secretary

Not accusing any of these folks at the moment. Just sharing for research data.

There is (always) somebody at the top who makes the final decision. It might've come from above these folks. Most likely did.

  • Question is: Who makes the final decisions regarding these pharmacy rules in Texas? The board or the governor's office?

The Board website lists various rule changes by (date). But I haven't found the sauce on these hydroxychloroquine rules yet.

Still digging.
