I had a miracle happen the other morning when I wished that my dog would sick up his rubber ball that he accidentally swallowed 3 weeks ago, I closed my eyes and said it would be a miracle if it happened now, if he sicked it up right now, and, he did! I was nearly on my knees with joy and shock, thinking i would never see the ball again and that my dog would have trouble, but I had faith that he would poop it out or sick it up and there it was, all intact too!
