On June 15, 2018 4 experts (Dr. Rick Bright, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, Rear Admiral Anne Schuchat and Rear Admiral Denise Hinton) testified before the US House Committee on Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. Testimony was about "The State of U.S. Public Health Biopreparedness: Responding to Biological Attacks, Pandemics, and Emerging Infectious Disease Outbreaks".

This is the 4th installment of that digg. Rear Admiral Denise Hinton's testimony may explain why the Chinese appear tho have been aware of US PPE and ventilator weaknesses.

Rear Admiral Hinton says, "FDA plays a critical role in facilitating preparedness for, and response to, biological threats (as well as chemical, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats). FDA’s role focuses largely on facilitating the development and availability of medical countermeasures—such as vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostic tests—to protect against, and respond to, these threats."

"FDA works closely with its HHS and other U.S. government partners through the Public Health Emergency Medical Countermeasures Enterprise (PHEMCE), as well as with regulated industry and non-governmental organizations (NGOs)…". FDA works closely with government ABCs through PHEMCE, with regulated industry and with "non-governmental organizations (NGOs)." Way to keep secrets about U.S. biopreparedness.

 

Page 3 testimony identifies one of the NGOs with which FDA works so closely. The Admiral says that FDA provides "…regulatory advice, guidance and technical assistance to sponsors developing medical countermeasures, as well as to U.S. government partners, international regulators, and international organizations such as the World Health Organization…". Could we say that FDA colludes with the World Health Organization? Given FDA's critical roll in our biopreparedness and the World Health Organization's relationship with China, there is little dought that China has, for some time, been well aware of weaknesses in US biopreparedness. Anon finds it very relavent that China was buying up PPEs, while having Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus reassure the world that the virus was not human to human transmissable.

On page 8, Rear Admiral Hinton says FDA provides "…regulatory advice, guidance, and technical assistance—to advance the development and availability of medical products, including vaccines and therapies…". This leaves the impression that there is an availability of medical products other than vaccines and theaputics. Its logical to assume that those products include PPEs and ventilators. These experts go to work every day and put on PPEs or they work with colleagues who wear PPEs. How could they "overlook" the importance of PPEs and venilators?

 

Anon saw a discussion, on Fox News, about China hacking our technology in an effort to achieve a vaccine or therapy before we do. Anon wonders, if China really needs to hack anything. The World Health Organization is likely to share, with China, information given to Tedros by our own FDA.
