We might have something weird going on here.

The (South Padre Island, TX) Condo Fire yesterday is at the very southern tip of Texas & less than 10 miles from the border of Mexico on the Gulf Coast.

The condos were mostly unoccupied probably due to the shutdown.

Could've been an insurance fire.
