Lindsey Graham actually says that Obama should not be brought to testify at the Judiciary Hearings on June 3rd, because "in over 200 years, we've never had a president called before the Congress."

Huh? That's not very sharp legal reasoning for a smart lawyer. It's not really reasoning at all. More like, I dunno, a smokescreen to bide time and keep Obama sheltered from scrutiny, until…well, they don't know yet. They're just hoping for something, anything, as they succumb to total and utter PANIC!
