This means Sullivan has now put himself in a bad spot, and for the first time in history, a second judge has been called in to "do something" in the case.

There is a theory that Sullivan is doing all this to setup the prosecution for knowingly prosecuting Flynn on something that wasn't a crime. There's also what the facts support; Sullivan was in on it, and trying to take Flynn down.

I'm not sure what's more disturbing; people re-purposing shill fodder to honor a child's life, or that his life was allowed to expire if there was possibly a treatment that could have cured him. If there's no cure for that type of cancer, fine. If there is a cure, however, people need to be asking more fucking questions. I am deeply sorrowful for the family and their loss. If there is a heaven, I'm certain he's there waiting to be reunited.
