We're already done this with a pilot training experiment. It involved the transfer -by-wire of motor skills and coordination required to fly jet aircraft. The experiment didn't transfer knowledge (like FAR regs) but it transferred ability though transfer of knowledge and ability was known in Sumerian as "me" ie a "me" conferred by a god could be a technology a lyre as well as the knowledge of how to play the lyre.
