Biden can’t be investigated until after the election. That’s a long-standing norm in the US. Investigating Obama before the election would have the same effect as investigating Biden — it would be seen as purely political.

That said, I find it hard to believe that we are 3 1/2 years past Trump’s election and we still have not seen even the lowliest law breakers in FBI/DOJ indicted, let alone the Clintons.

Anon, it is the highest form of patriotism to adhere to the spirit and traditions of our unique American Democracy, particularly when the crimes are so egregious. For Biden and Obama, there can be no indictment until after the election.

As for the FBI/DOJ, there can be and should be indictments, and it should have happened the day after Mueller’s report found squat. Same for Hillary.
