I think what Barr was really saying in his talk today is that Obummer won't be tried as an AMERICAN in a civil trial. That is for American citizens. I suspect he was saying that Obummer is NOT an American citizen and has no rights as an American citizen. He is an enemy combatant.

Committing any of the following acts will create a presumption that it was performed voluntarily with the idea of giving up U.S. citizenship, although the person might later be able to rebut (disprove) this presumption:
