Makes sense because if Obummer really isn't an American citizen, how can he be charged for treason? On the other hand….he CAN be charged in a military tribunal as an enemy combatant.
I think what Barr was really saying in his talk today is that Obummer won't be tried as an AMERICAN in a civil trial. That is for American citizens. I suspect he was saying that Obummer is NOT an American citizen and has no rights as an American citizen. He is an enemy combatant.
