He said last night those clips were just based on publicly available info. So Barr doesn't know today what Levin knew in March 2017?! And you guys are buying this? Look for the show (5/17 episode) if you haven't seen it. Also see David Harsayni's (sp?) National Review article from 5/12. Apparently almost anyone knows more than Barr knows "today".
