POTUS used a wise & prudent strategy here.

1: He mentioned (HCQ) a while back while opposition was suppressing, opposing & ridiculing it.

2: Meanwhile - He took (HCQ) prophylactically.

3: This gave time for the (Safety) of (HCQ) to be (empirically proven) = On himself.
