He neither stated that he would commit that violence nor did he suggest that others do it. Any assertion otherwise is a personal interpretation of words with multiple possible meanings.

Under color of law, Horiuchi committed the murder of an unarmed man with his hands in the air. The act itself was never in question, just Horiuchi's criminal culpability.

I'd be happy if Horiuchi ended up in a roadside ditch after a trip through a wood chipper. I'm not going to rent the wood chipper nor encourage anyone else to do so … but it does seem to have a certain poetry about it.

Or maybe it would be more poetic to make him stand in the snow on a road with his hands raised in surrender and following the orders of the officer speaking to him while a sniper draws bead on HIM. Let his family watch him be murdered, too.

That was good enough for Finicum, it should be good enough for Horiuchi.

That Barr defended him will NEVER sit well with me.

Graham probably needs to stall to keep from having to go back to SC.

Just sayin' … 'cause the folks in SC are neither as stupid nor as benevolent and forgiving as they used to be.
